Your subscription begins and is billed when you activate, and renews automatically at the then-current plan price until you cancel: Standard $39/month billed annually or $49 billed monthly; Pro $99/month billed annually or $124 billed monthly. Billing is handled securely in the app by Stripe; by starting a subscription you authorize these recurring charges. Cancel anytime from your account settings; see Terms section 5.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and stops future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for time not used, except where required by law (Terms section 5). Prices are in US dollars, billed in advance, and exclude any applicable taxes.
To run the service, your property data is processed and your de-identified data is used to improve our pricing models. You accept our terms when you activate your account during onboarding. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
